"What do the halakhot of the Shulchan Aruch lack — being now in the aspect of ari — in order to become the aspect of aryeh? They lack that mosquito (yatush), so weak in strength, which corresponds to the missing letter Heh. That mosquito alludes to a da'at not yet revealed in the present Shulchan Aruch: a supernal Torah without the garment of mitzvot and halakhot. For the entirety of the halakhot of the Shulchan Aruch are in the aspect of garments, as cited in Likutey Halakhot (Hilkhot Pesach, Halakha 4, Ot 2): '"Erom ve-erya" (naked and bare) — this is the aspect of the naked one without a garment, which is the aspect of halakhot, which are garments, of the aspect of the "chaluka derabbanan".' The halakhot are garments and clothing: the wisdom and knowledge of the Blessed Name clothe themselves in the halakhot of the Torah. But the supernal da'at, not yet revealed in the Shulchan Aruch, is a Torah without garments, without mitzvot, without halakhot — and this is the aspect of the mosquito."
